2. **Artwork Approval**  
   - Designer provides digital mockup (PDF/AI/PSD)  
   - 3 rounds of revisions included in base pricing  
   - Final sign-off via email confirmation  
3. **Production Proof**  
   - Submit physical/digital color-matched proof (*critical for Pantone colors*)  
   - Client approves "OK to print" with stamped authorization  
4. **Payment Terms**  
   - 30% deposit upfront, balance before shipment  
   - MOQ: 500 sheets (standard), lower quantities may incur setup               fees 
5. **Manufacturing**  
   - Standard lead time: 10-15 business days  
   - Optional expedited service: 5-7 days
